Accommodation and meals
Accommodation is all on-site at Couran Cove resort. There are two steps for organizing accommodation:
1. Enter details of accommodation (single/twin/triple), number of accompanying people etc. during the registration process at the RegisterNow site.
2. Confirmation and payment of accommodation is to be organized directly with the resort through Nancy Lee. This is to be done after 15 October when early bird registration closes; the organising committee will send a reminder email for you to contact the resort to make these final arrangements (contact details will be given in the email).
The accommodation for delegates includes a meals package that will cover all lunches and morning and afternoon teas throughout the conference. Please note that this meals package is compulsory for delegates and because it is part of the conference it is not available to accompanying persons. Dinners for Monday and Tuesday night are covered in the registration fee or accompanying persons package. Delegates and accompanying persons can elect to attend the conference dinner on Wednesday night ($75/person, which includes free drinks for two hours). Breakfast is not included, but is available at a daily cost of $30 per person and can be booked on at the time of registration on the RegisterNow site.

#If one of the persons is an accompanying person, then they will be charged only $99 per night whereas the delegate will be charged $160 per night, making the total cost of the room $259 rather than $320 per night. This is because the accommodation cost for delegates includes the meals package that is not available to accompanying persons.

Conference Dinner
The conference dinner is at the Surf Club and is $75/person, which includes two hours of free drinks. This should be booked and paid for during the registration process at RegisterNow.
